As a QA Automation Architect, you will own the end-to-end automation strategy for complex Guidewire implementations, spanning InsuranceSuite, digital, and Guidewire Cloud. You’ll design scalable UI and API automation frameworks, introduce AI-assisted quality practices, and turn automation into reusable accelerators that align directly with Qualified Services’ FY26 priorities to cut implementation effort by 50%, shorten timelines by 30%, and industrialize AI-powered services across Guidewire- and partner-led projects. This is a highly visible,



technical leadership role where you’ll mentor teams, influence customer and SI QA practices, and help insurers adopt Guidewire Cloud with confidence while contributing to Guidewire’s broader mission to transform how the world’s P&C; insurers do business through digital, analytics, and AI delivered as a cloud service.
Job Description

What you’ll do
- Architect and own scalable, maintainable UI and API test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright) for PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, and related digital components, aligned with Guidewire Cloud and modern browser-based delivery practices.
- Design and implement automation strategies and GTUI-based regression suites that significantly reduce manual testing effort and regression cycle time.
- Partner with Professional Services engagement leaders, developers, and customer/SI QA teams to define automation scope, coverage, quality gates, and non-functional testing strategies
