- Formulation Development:
- Design and develop robust OSD formulations (tablets, capsules, etc.) from concept to commercialization.
- Conduct pre?formulation studies, excipient compatibility, and stability testing.
- Optimize formulations for bioavailability, manufacturability, and cost efficiency.
- Process Development & Scale?Up:
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes including granulation, compression, coating, and encapsulation.
- Support technology transfer to manufacturing sites and ensure smooth scale?up.
- Prepare and review process validation protocols and reports.
- Regulatory & Documentation:
- Prepare technical documents including product development reports, batch records, and regulatory dossiers.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, EMA, and other regulatory guidelines.
