- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM WebSphere MQ.
- Solid knowledge of middleware technologies and message queuing systems.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance distributed systems.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.
- Familiarity with integration patterns and enterprise service bus concepts.
- Excellent understanding of system architecture principles and best practices.
