- 1.Build, assemble and test mechanical parts, linkages, and structures for STEM kits and lab products.
- 2.Participate in AeroBay school lab installations.
- 3.Support mechanical maintenance during school events, workshops, exhibitions, etc.
- 4.Maintain design and checklist documents for internal processes.
- 5.Ensure proper labeling, packaging, safety and storage of mechanical parts.
- 6.Run quality checks before shipment or deployment.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification – diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Industrial Design studies is mandatory.
- Fresher to 1 year relevant experience.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems, linkages, gears, fixtures, rotating mechanisms, and structural parts.
- Ability to interpret basic 2D/3D diagrams and assembly instructions.
- Comfortable using cutting and drilling tools, various other equipment.
- Exposure to 3D printing, CNC, laser cutting, basic understanding of CAD is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovation driven setting.
