We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Basis Manager to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of SAP landscape services across projects and steady-state operations. This role combines Basis architecture, governance, and delivery management, with accountability for system stability, performance, security, and compliance, working closely with AMS partners and cross-functional IT teams.




The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end ownership of SAP Basis and Security operations, ensuring high availability, optimization, and alignment with enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

How You'll Create Possibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. SAP Basis Architecture & Strategy
- Define and own SAP landscape architecture (S/4HANA, ECC, BW, PI/PO, Solution Manager, BTP integrations, etc.)
- Lead architecture decisions for cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), hybrid, and on-prem environments
- Design scalable, resilient, and high-availability solutions including DR strategy (HA/DR, backups, failover)
- Drive automation strategy (system refresh, monitoring, patching, deployments)
- Ensure alignment with enterprise cloud, security, and infrastructure standards

2. Project Delivery Leadership
