KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Architecture: Build and own the macro YouTube monetization strategy across current and future music libraries; develop scalable onboarding frameworks to seamlessly integrate newly acquired catalogues onto the platform.

Monetization & Revenue Ownership: Take complete ownership of revenue growth across the brand's YouTube ecosystem; design publishing and optimization roadmaps covering metadata, release planning, and discoverability.

Analytics & Performance: Micro-analyze channel and catalog performance via YouTube Analytics to scale key commercial metrics including RPM, CPM, subscriber growth, and watch time; establish reporting dashboards to drive business decision-making.

Operations & Rights Management: Establish and oversee full YouTube CMS operations, asset ingestion, and policy configuration; lead Content ID strategy, copyright enforcement, claims management, and dispute resolution to rigorously protect company IP.

Ecosystem Governance:



Manage multiple YouTube channels and expanding digital assets while collaborating with internal and external teams to execute flawless content launches and catalogue onboarding initiatives.

Requirements
Experience Base: 12–15 years of progressive professional success in YouTube monetization, digital media, or platform management specifically within the music label, entertainment network, or digital publishing space.

Platform Mastery: Deep, authoritative expertise in YouTube CMS, Content ID mechanics, digital rights management, and copyright administration.

Core Competencies: Strong analytical chops to decode complex data patterns, paired with an entrepreneurial mindset capable of building functions and systems from the ground up in a high-growth setting.
