As part of the Grid Integration Business Unit, INOPC supports projects worldwide by enabling collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence across global teams.

As a Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be part of the Grid Integration Business Unit, India Operations Center (INOPC). In this role, you will lead quality and continuous improvement initiatives, driving operational excellence, process optimization, and a culture of continuous learning and innovation to enhance business performance and customer satisfaction across global operations.





You will work closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, strengthen quality management systems, deploy continuous improvement methodologies, and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

- Quality & CI Leadership: Drives a culture of quality and continuous improvement by leading behavioral change initiatives and overcoming barriers to performance improvement. Partners with senior stakeholders to shape and execute the local Quality & CI strategy aligned with business and product line objectives.
