The candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful project sales in the Haryana region/Delhi (Sonipat, Kharkhoda, Rohtak). Key Responsibilities:1. Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies for plot sales3. Monitor team performance and provide regular training and guidance4. Generate and oversee lead generation activities (digital, references, brokers, etc.)5. Handle high-value clients and close critical deals6. Conduct site visits with clients and support team members when required7.



Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokers8. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis9. Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for campaign execution and lead management10. Ensure proper documentation and smooth closure of deals11.
