This role is critical for large-scale utility transformation programs involving legacy Smallworld systems and modern ESRI Utility Network architectures. What We Are Looking For: A highly motivated GIS professional with deep expertise in ESRI/Smallworld technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in complex enterprise environments What you’ll Do:• Lead end-to-end GIS data migration between GE Smallworld and ESRI Utility Network• Analyze and map Smallworld schemas and data models to ESRI Utility Network• Design migration strategies for structure networks, domain networks,



asset groups, asset types, and associations• Handle network topology, connectivity rules, containment, and association migration• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and post-migration quality checks• Support cutover, rollback, and delta migration strategies• Strong hands-on experience with ESRI Utility Network (UN)• Domain Networks, Structure Networks, Asset Groups & Asset Types• Network Rules, Associations, Connectivity & Containment• Arc GIS Enterprise, Arc GIS Pro• Solid understanding of Smallworld GIS data models• Experience extracting and transforming Smallworld utility data• Exposure to Magik-based environments Must Haves: Data Migration & ETL:• Large-scale utility GIS data migration experience• FME or FME-alternative migration approaches• Python / Arc Py-based migration frameworks• GDAL/OGR and database-driven ETLDatabases & Automation:• Oracle Spatial, Postgre SQL/Post GIS, SQ
