The ideal candidate will own the complete sales cycle—from prospect qualification to deal closure—while working closely with SDRs, Marketing, and Delivery teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in IT services, software engineering services, and consultative B2 B sales. Key Responsibilities Own the complete sales cycle from qualified opportunity to closed-won business for US SMB clients. Partner with SDRs to convert meetings into qualified sales opportunities and provide feedback to improve outreach effectiveness. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through both SDR-generated leads and self-driven prospecting. Conduct discovery calls, presentations, demos,



and solution discussions with technical and business stakeholders. Understand client challenges related to software development, engineering scalability, product roadmap execution, and technology modernization. Negotiate commercial agreements and successfully close deals while meeting revenue and quota targets. Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, forecasting, and opportunity tracking.
