Overview: The incumbent will drive profitable revenue growth through new customer acquisition, key account management, market development, and strategic business partnerships within the Food & Nutrition segment.2. Key Responsibilities:• Drive recent business development and expand existing customer accounts.• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely conversions.• Manage key customer relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures.• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.• Coordinate with R&D;, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams.• Represent Sigachi at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and CRM updates.
