Technical Delivery Manager - Salesforce & CRM Integrations Location: Pune, India Employment Type: Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of Salesforce-based solutions, CRM integrations, and enterprise-scale technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess solid expertise in Salesforce technologies, including Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), along with proven experience managing cross-functional engineering teams and complex integration programs. This role requires a combination of technical leadership, delivery management, stakeholder collaboration, and hands-on understanding of enterprise integrations within the healthcare domain. Key Responsibilities Delivery Management Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and CRM-related technology initiatives. Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments. Drive successful execution of Agile development processes and release planning. Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.



Monitor project progress and proactively address delivery risks and escalations. Manage multiple concurrent projects and integration workstreams. Salesforce & CRM Leadership Oversee development and implementation of Salesforce-based solutions. Provide guidance on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce integrations, and platform best practices. Collaborate with Architects and Engineering Leads to define scalable technical solutions. Support CRM platform enhancements, integrations, and modernization initiatives. Ensure alignment of Salesforce solutions with organizational goals. Integration & Technical Oversight Lead enterprise integration projects involving CRM, APIs, middleware, and external systems.
