This role is responsible for driving end-to-end service execution, ensuring machine uptime, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing field service team. If you have proven experience in After Sales Service Operations, Field Service Management, Preventive Maintenance (PM), Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and Service Delivery, we invite you to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Service Operations Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance (PM), AMC visits, breakdown services, installations, and retrofit projects. Optimize field engineer deployment and resource utilization.



Ensure timely job completion while meeting SLA and Turnaround Time (TAT) commitments. Monitor machine uptime and drive continuous operational improvements. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop the After Sales Operations team. Plan manpower allocation across multiple customer sites. Drive team performance, productivity, and operational excellence. Spares & Logistics Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, and Commercial teams to ensure timely availability of spares. Monitor spare parts planning and site-level consumption. Support seamless execution of service operations.? Customer Success Act as the primary point of contact for operational escalations. Build solid customer relationships through responsive service delivery. Ensure timely completion of service reports, handover documents, and operational documentation.
