Key Responsibilities✅ Lead end-to-end global Product Quality Complaint (PQC) operations for a team of approximately 200+ professionals.✅ Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, CAPA governance, and quality performance across complaint management processes.✅ Manage customer escalations and build robust stakeholder and client relationships.✅ Drive operational transformation through automation, AI, analytics,



and continuous improvement initiatives.✅ Lead strategic governance programs and support regulatory inspections and audits.✅ Deliver business outcomes by achieving KPIs, SLAs, financial targets, and customer satisfaction goals.✅ Build and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of quality and compliance.
