This role leads technical support teams, drives R&D; for current formulations, ensures regulatory compliance, and provides specialized expertise to support sales and marketing initiatives. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 10–15 years of experience in lubricants & grease manufacturing, with substantial experience in R&D;, product formulation, and quality control. Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of additives, base fluids, grease manufacturing, and laboratory testing protocols. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage teams, lead cross-functional projects, and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive/industrial OEM requirements and global lubricant standards.
