Designation: Senior Strategic Sales Leader Experience: 8 to 12 years in Corporate/B2 B sales Location: BKC, Mumbai About the Role Responsible for meeting and exceeding overall sales & revenue targets set for Hoovers business Pan India. Provides thought leadership in conceptualization and implementation of Field sales strategy. Responsibilities Responsible for pitching SAAS & DAAS solutions to key decision makers such as CMO/CTO/Business Heads etc. in large corporates, MNC’s, Banks, PSU’s etc. Establishes sales objectives by effective forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the region; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. Implements marketing strategies; by analysing trends, market mapping, competitor analysis to enable effective decisioning and forecasting of sales numbers.
Drives field sales strategy to ensure a solid sales pipeline to consistently deliver on set targets. Maps allocated accounts and builds strong work relationships with clients for repeat business. Acts as a product expert, leveraging internal knowledge to build trust and respect with both internal and external customers. Ensures highest levels of controls and compliance are adhered to while meeting sales targets. Organizes and attends theme-based events which cater to CTO/CMO Level individuals as part of the customer acquisition Strategy. Qualifications MBA or any relevant post-graduation with minimum experience of 8+ years in Corporate/B2 B sales.
