Bright was founded in 2019 by a founding team from Mc Kinsey’s Banking Practice (Petko Plachkov and Avi Patchava) and In Mobi Data Scientists (Varun Modi and Avi Patchava). What is the team & role: The VP-Finance at Bright Money will play a senior role in owning the company's Finance Function and Strategic Financial Planning, with a path towards a SVP / CFO role. The VP-Finance will have ownership of Accounting, FP&A;, Investor Relations and Fundraising function (Debt and Equity). The VP will work directly with the CEO and the Executive team to ensure the Finance function is suitable for a $200 M revenue company, with effective fundraising capabilities.
