Your Role at Relatient:
We’re seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join our team at Amar Tech Park. You’ll be part of an engaging culture focused on meaningful work that makes a difference.
In this role, you will design, build, and deliver enterprise-scale software solutions. You will lead technical initiatives, mentor engineering team members, and collaborate across functions to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure products.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Lead development of software modules, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions with minimal oversight.
Mentor and guide software engineers, fostering technical growth and continuous learning.
Design and develop modern UI/UX interfaces and backend APIs using full-stack technologies.
Collaborate with architects,



product owners, and business stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize deliverables.
Drive adoption of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automation.
Partner across Agile teams to design, build, test, deploy, and support technical solutions.
Own and manage all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for current and existing systems.
Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.
Contribute to system architecture decisions, including monolith and microservices-based solutions.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, B.E., B.Tech., or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
9+ years of software engineering experience with progressively increasing technical responsibility.
Strong expertise in Java, TypeScript, and Angular.
