ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager – Automation & AI Engineering to
lead the design, delivery, and scaling of enterprise automation solutions while
building the engineering capabilities to deliver Generative AI and Agentic AI
initiatives. This role combines engineering leadership, technical strategy,
people management, and delivery excellence to drive digital transformation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

ENGINEERING LEADERSHIP

* Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing Automation & AI engineering team.

* Establish engineering standards, best practices, and delivery governance.

* Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise automation solutions using UiPath and
related technologies.

* Provide technical oversight for solution architecture, integrations,
security, scalability, and production support.

* Collaborate with business, architecture, and platform teams to deliver
