What You'll Do
The Senior Technical Manager is a hands-on senior engineer and technical leader responsible for designing, building, and owning enterprise-grade applications.



This is a Chapter Lead role — meaning the individual both leads the technical chapter (standards, practices, engineering culture) and remains deeply hands-on in architecture and implementation.
This role is part of a cross-functional Agile squad in the Enterprise Services portfolio — including the Meetings & Events, Security & Travel squads — working closely with Product Owners, Architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, production-ready solutions.
The individual will lead the technical design and implementation of applications leveraging Python, .NET Core and React. The role demands a robust ownership mindset, deep technical expertise across tech stack, and the ability to guide and grow other engineers while remaining fully hands-on.
