The Staff Auditor holds primary responsibility for engaging in audit projects to assess the adequacy of internal controls, both in their design and application. Furthermore, the Staff Auditor is tasked with conducting and/or assisting in corporate investigations,



ad-hoc special projects, external auditor assistance activities, and ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 requirements. This role necessitates the completion of projects covering Alight’s global operations, with a moderate level of independence in executing assigned audit areas.
Key Responsibilities:
The primary duties and responsibilities of the Staff Auditor include:
Participating in operational, compliance and financial audits evaluating the adequacy of controls for key business processes. Included in this responsibility are:
Demonstrating knowledge and understanding of assigned areas under review, including processes, risks and controls, and is able to document the processes accurately and completely,
Completing audit test procedures, including maintaining appropriate testing documentation to support audit results,
Identifying potential audit findings, drawing conclusions, assessing a
