- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and recommending process enhancements.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster qualified growth.
