This role bridges the gap between technical expertise and commercial operations, ensuring accurate and timely quotations for Chemicals, consumables, and Equipment’s, Instruments and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid background in Biotechnology, Analytical Chemistry, and the ability to support clients across global markets.
MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and manage technical quotations.
Collaborate with sales, product management, and internal teams to configure solutions based on customer requirements
Interpret technical specifications and translate them into accurate commercial proposals
Communicate effectively with clients to clarify needs and provide support
Maintain quotation records and ensure compliance with pricing policies and commercial terms
Assist in tender documentation and proposal submissions.
Provide pre-sales technical support and respond to client inquiries
Stay updated on product developments, pricing changes, and market trends
Responsible for reaching specific targets set for the role and/or for lead generation projects.
