About the Role This is a leadership-level prospect for a legal expert ready to transition into or expand within the strategic communications and advisory space. You will work directly with promoters, boards, and C-suite leadership teams, shaping the reputation and market positioning of companies preparing for their public market journey. Key Responsibilities Strategic IPO Advisory• Advise IPO-bound companies on building corporate and investor brands through strategic positioning.• Counsel C-suite executives on communicating the equity story effectively within regulatory guardrails.• Partner with promoters and leadership teams to build relationship capital with media and market stakeholders,



and enable them to communicate their business narrative with clarity and conviction.• Develop communication plans and story banks grounded in internal and external research to achieve defined communication objectives.• Design crisis preparedness frameworks, plans, and protocols to identify and mitigate potential reputation risks.• Monitor traditional and social media environments to assess and pre-empt reputation risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.• Advise clients on managing digital assets — including websites, Linked In, Wikipedia, and geo-discovery platforms — to support Pre-IPO and IPO communication programmes.• Mobilize specialist teams across Adfactors PR to deliver integrated solutions aligned with client objectives.
