We're looking for a Creative Lead to take full ownership of our media team — our graphic designers, videographers, and editors — and turn it into a high-output, high-quality creative and distribution engine. This is a role for a technical creative who thinks like a marketer. You understand craft deeply — composition, motion, color, edit pacing, design systems etc— but you never lose sight of the goal of each design. You can tell the difference between work that's beautiful and work that converts, and you build a team that produces the second kind at volume. You will own the media team end to end. That means raising the quality bar, making the team faster and more productive, directing the creative within a given scope, and managing and developing the people.

Responsibilities

Take briefs and strategies handed to you and translate them into clear, assigned production tasks
Decide who works on what, based on skill, capacity, and deadline
Manage the full production pipeline from brief to delivery, ensuring nothing slips




Own deadlines — build realistic schedules and keep the team hitting them
Run quality control on all output — enforce the standard, and actively coach the team to raise it
Step in hands-on when a project needs senior craft or extra capacity
Keep designers, videographers, and editors productive, unblocked, and developing
Report on team output, capacity, and delivery to leadership

Requirements

Strong hands-on background in video editing and/or graphic design — enough craft to direct, critique, and raise the quality of the team's output, and to step in when needed
Proven experience managing a creative or production team: assigning work, balancing workloads, and keeping multiple projects moving at once
Excellent project and deadline management — you can take a stack of tasks and turn it into a clear, realistic plan of who does what, by when
