What You’ll Be Doing: Own the complete post-sales customer lifecycle for enterprise accounts. Lead customer onboarding, implementation, product rollout, and go-live activities. Act as the primary point of contact for strategic customers. Drive product adoption and ensure customers achieve measurable business outcomes. Build robust relationships across technical and business stakeholders. Coordinate closely with Product, Engineering, QA,



and Support teams to resolve customer issues. Understand customer workflows and recommend product enhancements. Conduct regular Business Reviews (QBRs), adoption reviews, and success planning sessions. Monitor customer health, usage metrics, risks, and engagement. Proactively identify churn risks and execute retention plans. Drive renewals while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution. Gather customer feedback and represent the Voice of Customer internally. Track implementation timelines, success metrics, SLAs, and customer satisfaction.
