Role Summary We are looking for a highly driven and client-focused Delivery cum Account Manager to manage key client accounts, oversee recruitment delivery, drive client satisfaction, and ensure business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Non-IT staffing, account management, collections, stakeholder management, and business development by generating recent hiring requirements from existing and prospective clients.



Key Responsibilities Delivery Management Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for multiple Non-IT clients across various industries. Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve delivery targets and hiring timelines. Ensure timely submission of quality profiles and successful closure of open mandates. Monitor recruitment KPIs, turnaround time (TAT), interview ratios, offer conversions, and joining percentages. Conduct regular delivery reviews and implement strategies to improve team performance. Key Account Management (KAM)Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key client accounts. Build and maintain long-term relationships with client stakeholders. Conduct regular business review meetings to understand hiring plans and client expectations. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and quality service delivery.
