We enable our partners and clients to simplify licensing, enhance security, and optimise their IT operations through our powerful cloud portal. Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead the growth of our cloud services portfolio. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with IT resellers and MSPs, and driving sales across our product stack including Microsoft licensing, backup solutions, cloud telephony, and cybersecurity platforms. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and onboard new channel partners and MSPs Promote and sell Auscomp’s cloud services including:



Microsoft 365 & Azure Vembu Cloud Backup solutions Access 4 Cloud Telephony (UCaa S)Team T5 Cybersecurity solutions Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients and partners Maintain solid relationships with existing partners, ensuring retention and upselling Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market insights Qualifications & Skills3+ years of experience in IT sales, channel sales, or business development Prior experience in the cloud or technology industry is highly desirable Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud products (M365, Azure)Understanding of cloud backup, UCaa S, and cybersecurity solutions is a plus Excel
