The Role We’re looking for a driven and consultative Account Executive (AE) with solid experience selling into the European market who can take qualified leads and turn them into long-term customers. You’ll own the entire sales cycle — from discovery to demo, negotiation to close — and act as a trusted advisor to Directors, VPs, and C-suite leaders across QA, Engineering, and Product functions.

What You’ll Do Own and manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to closure for European and global mid-market and enterprise clients Conduct deep discovery conversations to understand client challenges in testing, automation, and release management Deliver compelling product demos that showcase Test Grid’s business value and ROIBuild strong, trust-based relationships with technical and business decision-makers (QA Heads, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Product Managers)Collaborate with BDRs to drive pipeline generation and ensure seamless lead handoff Partner with Sales Engineering and Product teams to customize solutions and proposals Accurately forecast and manage pipeline in CRM tools like Salesforce or Hub Spot Negotiate pricing, structure contracts, and close deals with precision and
