Position Summary The Pre-Sales Manager will lead the technical solutioning and bid management process, working closely with the Sales, Projects, Procurement, and Design teams to develop technically compliant and commercially competitive proposals. The role requires solid expertise in ELV systems, tender management, solution design, BOQ preparation, costing, and customer presentations.



Key Responsibilities Technical Solution Design Analyze customer requirements, RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents. Design complete ELV and integrated security solutions. Prepare system architecture, network topology, and technical compliance documents. Recommend appropriate products and technologies based on customer requirements and project specifications. Estimation & Costing Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Conduct cost estimation and budgeting. Coordinate with Procurement for vendor quotations and pricing. Optimize solutions while maintaining technical compliance and profitability. Tender & Proposal Management Prepare technical and commercial proposals. Develop compliance statements and bid documentation. Coordinate with Sales and Legal teams during bid submission. Ensure timely submission of tenders and customer proposals.
