Job Description:

Position: R&D; Engineer

Location: Kalol - Gandhinagar

Experience: 2 - 3 Years

Responsibilities:

Work on projects with the concurrent support and instructions from the manager as per the project plan.
- Each design shall incorporate relevant codes and standards as well safety requirements during design stage and legible in all documents.
- Build the design calculations and develop component specification based on the product demand specifications.
- Theoretically validate the designs using analytical methods, principles or necessary softwares.
- Check the manufacturing feasibility and assembly constraints while design the new systems or by modifying existing designs.
- Maintain the project records and documents as well necessary statutory documents in the project files.
- Execute the jobs based on instructions provided and clarify if any doubts and mismatches during manufacturing and assembly.
- Guide and provide necessary details to designers while developing models and concepts.




- Build costs of the projects and participate during reviews and evaluate the costing after proto build.
- Maintain the BOM and review the changes or modifications and keep it up-todate.
- Be an active participant during proto build and validation of the parts, systems and equipments. Apply quality by design concepts on proto build to reach desired quality and reliability.
- Design of jigs and fixtures as required and prepare manufacturing drawings.
- Understand the cGMP requirement of all equipment for the Pharma market segment.
- Follow ISO 9000 procedure related to the function.
- Visit the customer places and vendor places to understand the constraints or take measurements as well smooth execution of jobs.

Required Skills
- He must have a solid attitude towards learning Technology.
- He should have hands-on experience on MS Office.
- Good communication skills.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 5.50 LPA
