Designation: Quality Executive / Sr. Executive

Job Description:

To ensure effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and technical validity of laboratory results.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement, maintain, and improve the laboratory QMS as per ISO/IEC 17025 requirements. Monitor compliance with accreditation body requirements (e.g., NABL etc.) and other regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all procedures, SOPs, and policies are controlled, updated, and followed.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure closure of non-conformities
- Handle CAPA, deviations, and customer complaints
- Coordinate external audits and accreditation processes (e.g., NABL)
- Monitor proficiency testing (PT) / inter-lab comparisons (ILC)
- Ensure data integrity, traceability, and compliance
- Support training and competency evaluation of laboratory staff
- Analyze the Customer Feedback and Complaints.




- Prepare reports and inputs for Management Review Meetings (MRM)

Key Skills & Competencies
- Robust knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 standard requirements
- Understanding of laboratory operations (testing/calibration)
- Internal auditing skills (ISO 17025)
- CAPA and root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Why, Fishbone)
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and other quality management tools

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Science / Engineering / Quality Management
- Certification in ISO/IEC 17025 General Requirements for Laboratory Management and Internal Auditor is mandatory.
- 3–6 years of experience in a laboratory quality role in ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory is mandatory.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001 will be an added advantage
