Accountabilities:

The QA Analyst I will be responsible for ensuring product quality through comprehensive testing activities,



collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the improvement of testing processes and automation capabilities.
- Test new product features, enhancements, and bug fixes before releases to ensure quality and reliability.
- Create, maintain, and execute manual test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
- Perform functional, application, security, performance, and regression testing.
- Analyze, document, and report test results, defects, and complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with QA teams, Product Owners, and development teams to understand requirements and define testing approaches.
- Participate in planning meetings to establish effective testing strategies and execution plans.
- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman.
- Use SQL commands and queries to validate data and support testing activities.
