Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Dynamics 365 L3 Support Engineer with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 technologies to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, experience resolving complex technical incidents within tight SLAs, and a proactive mindset toward root-cause analysis. You will leverage modern AI-enabled productivity tools and collaborate closely with global cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and continuous improvement of critical enterprise D365 applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 (L3)



production support for Dynamics 365 applications, data integrations, and associated business processes.
- Analyze, debug, and resolve complex application bugs, system errors, and data discrepancies within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes or workarounds.
- Support end-to-end Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes in accordance with ITIL frameworks.
- Participate in production deployments, workplace maintenance, hotfix testing, and post-deployment validation.
- Review application traces, event logs, and system telemetry to identify defects and coordinate with core development teams for core codebase resolutions.
- Prepare and maintain clear support documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal Knowledge Base (KB) articles.
