Job Description: Mainframe Production Supporting Lead:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated L3 Support Engineer with solid expertise in COBOL and Mainframe technologies to support our Motion client engagement. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience with modern AI-enabled tools, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
Key Responsibilities




- Provide Level 3 production support for Mainframe applications and critical business processes.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex incidents within agreed SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
- Support incident, problem, and change management activities.
- Participate in production deployments and post-deployment validations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies to ensure service stability.
- Review application logs, identify defects, and coordinate with development teams for resolutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate effective knowledge
