Accountabilities:

As a Senior Product Manager, Reporting & Insights, you will lead the strategy, development,



and continuous improvement of reporting capabilities that deliver measurable value to customers and internal teams. You will work across multiple functions to define priorities, build scalable solutions, and ensure reporting experiences are accurate, intuitive, and trusted.
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for reporting and insights experiences, including dashboards, report builders, exports, APIs, scheduled delivery, and AI-assisted insights.
- Understand customer needs across payroll, finance, HR, operations, executives, and partner teams to translate workflows and challenges into clear product priorities.
- Build trusted reporting foundations, including standardized reports, configurable reporting tools, data definitions, permissions, lineage, auditability, and reconciliation capabilities.
