The Operational Resilience Specialist (P4) – Resilience Pillars Integration is a First Line of Defence role within the Enterprise Resiliency Office. The role supports the Operational Resilience and Business Continuity frameworks by working with key stakeholders across core resilience pillars to ensure consistent, risk‑based resilience requirements are defined, embedded, and monitored across the organisation.
The role sits within a dedicated Pillars Integration pod,
working globally alongside two other partners to integrate resilience requirements across the following pillars:
- People
- Premises
- Technology (including End User Computing and Cyber)
- Third Party
- Data
The Specialist will partner with pillar owners, change management teams, and other stakeholders to strengthen resilience outcomes, improve visibility of dependencies supporting Significant Business Services (IBSs) and Important Internal Services (IISs), and support compliance with Operational Resilience and Business Continuity requirements.
The role is expected to operate with a level of autonomy and accountability appropriate to Specialist (P4) seniority, leading defined workstreams, influencing stakeholders, and providing subject‑matter guidance across regions.
