This role offers the opportunity to lead technical records and digital asset management initiatives within the aviation industry, ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance across complex projects. You will oversee the delivery of technical records compliance, digitalization, and asset lifecycle services while managing a high-performing team. Working closely with internal stakeholders and airline customers, you will drive process improvements, digital transformation, and service quality. The position combines strategic leadership, project management, and technical expertise to optimize aviation records and asset management operations. You will play a key role in enhancing customer experience, improving operational efficiency, and supporting business growth in a collaborative, technology-driven environment.

Accountabilities
- Lead the strategic direction of the technical records team, ensuring the successful delivery of compliance, digitalization, and asset management services.
- Develop and execute initiatives that improve asset lifecycle management, technical records processes, and digital engineering capabilities.
- Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team responsible for technical records compliance, digital migration, records quality reviews, end-of-lease transitions, and asset management activities.
- Allocate resources, monitor project progress, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality services that meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
