You will oversee the delivery of technical records compliance, digitalization, and asset lifecycle services while managing a high-performing team. Working closely with internal stakeholders and airline customers, you will drive process improvements, digital transformation, and service quality. The position combines strategic leadership, project management, and technical expertise to optimize aviation records and asset management operations. Accountabilities
- Lead the strategic direction of the technical records team, ensuring the successful delivery of compliance, digitalization, and asset management services.
- Develop and execute initiatives that improve asset lifecycle management, technical records processes, and digital engineering capabilities.
- Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team responsible for technical records compliance, digital migration, records quality reviews, end-of-lease transitions, and asset management activities.
