Accountabilities:

The Workday Data Consultant will support end-to-end data migration activities by preparing, transforming, loading, and validating information within Workday systems. The role requires strong attention to detail, collaboration with functional teams, and a commitment to delivering accurate data solutions that support successful client implementations.
- Prepare, format, and load data into Workday using standard migration tools, including Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) and iLoads.
- Map legacy source data into Workday data collection templates in collaboration with project leads and client teams.
- Perform data validation cycles to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data load errors, formatting issues, and reconciliation discrepancies.
