The Role
As An Onshore Pipelines Engineer Level II with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.
- Onshore Pipelines are designed to international codes which mainly includes ASME B31.4, ASME B31.8, ASME B31.12 and AS2885 etc.
- Senior Pipelines Engineers shall perform activities which includes but not limited to Pipeline Route Selection & Feasibility Studies, Material Selection & Wall Thickness Calculations,
Pipeline Stress Analysis to comply with requirements of aforesaid International Codes, various crossing designs like highways, roads, rivers, railway etc., Pipeline Integrity Management, identifying geohazards and their mitigations, preparation of various Material Specifications etc.
- Senior Pipeline Engineers shall develop various Construction Specifications which are unique for each project and will vary project to project, country to country. These specifications mainly include but not limited to Pipeline Construction Specification, Crossing Specifications, Hydrotesting Specification etc.
- Effective coordination with Vendor, Suppliers, Pipeline Route Surveyor, Geotech Surveyor & Pipeline Construction Teams is a part of his/her responsibility.
