Description
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Will be responsible for managing DeltaV installed base of 40-45 systems across the East region.
- Will be allocated 25-30 Active AMC / Service Contracts for Maintenance Contract Execution which will consume 200–220 site visit days annually including travel.
- Billing value from allocated sites will be 180-200 KUSD.
- Expected to generate additional revenue of 25-30 KUSD by adding current service contracts in the region.
- Balancing out current Operational Efficiency of the region from 97% to below 90%.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Technical: Team member and self-directed contributor. Works well within a team but is equally capable of performing independently.
- Knowledge of Distributed Control System (DCS) - Basic Requirement.
- Knowledge of Metal & Mining / Chemical Industry / Refinery is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Batch, Profibus, Foundation Fieldbus, Networking, Safety Systems, handling of Charms I/O, Proficient in Cybersecurity and knowledge on AMS will be preferred.
- Interaction: Receives guidance from a mentor and collaborates with team members to complete assignments as needed. Also leads interactions with other sites and departments to achieve project objectives.
- Customer Focus: Engages in increased customer interaction. Works collaboratively within a team and alongside a senior engineer when needed. Also capable of independently working with customers or the sales force to support project and business objectives.
