About the Role
We are seeking qualified and registered Pharmacists to support our warehouse and distribution operations in Gurugram. The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting the secure storage and dispatch of healthcare and medical products.
This role is ideal for pharmacists with experience in warehouse operations, distribution centers, retail pharmacy, healthcare supply chain, or inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all applicable pharmaceutical regulations and warehouse operating procedures.
- Supervise the receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of pharmaceutical and healthcare products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation.
- Monitor product storage conditions and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Verify batch numbers,
expiry dates, and product documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and quality teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain statutory records as required by regulatory authorities.
- Assist during audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
- Support implementation of SOPs and best practices for pharmaceutical handling.
- Ensure proper documentation for inward and outward movement of products.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm).
- Valid registration with the Haryana State Pharmacy Council (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical storage, inventory control, and regulatory compliance.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with inventory management systems.
