Position: Jr. Engineer - Production (CNC Machine Shop)
Location: Daman
Experience: 3 - 7 years

Responsibilities:
- Prepare CNC programs for TPP & Laser Cutting machines using software like Campath G4 Advanced Software, Sigma Nest, CYPCUT, etc.
- Interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications.
- Optimize nesting to minimize material wastage and improve machine efficiency.
- Select appropriate tools, punching sequences, and cutting parameters.
- Coordinate with production, planning, QC, and maintenance teams.
- Support machine operators during setup, trials, and production runs.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and process guidelines.
- Troubleshoot programming and cutting issues to reduce downtime.
- Maintain program documentation and revision control.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost-reduction projects.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of sheet-metal fabrication processes
- Expertise in TPP & CNC Laser machines
- Proficiency in nesting & programming software
- Understanding of GD&T; and engineering drawings
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Positive communication and coordination skills
Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical/Production/Tool & Die
Salary: - Up to 4.00 LPA
