Key Responsibilities:
- Design new footwear collections for Men's & Women's categories.
- Develop new concepts based on customer requirements and market trends.
- Coordinate with the sampling, merchandising, and production teams.
- Select suitable leather, materials, and components for product development.
- Ensure designs meet quality, costing, and production requirements.
- Stay updated with new footwear technologies, materials, and fashion trends.
Requirements:
- Experience: 8+ years in Footwear Design.
- Strong knowledge of Leather Footwear for Men's & Women's categories.
- Good knowledge of footwear construction, materials, and manufacturing.
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW or similar design software.
- Creative, cutting-edge, and good at team coordination.
