Job Description:

The Head – Factory Operations will be responsible for overall management of factory operations including production, assembly, quality control, supply chain coordination, inventory management, and operational efficiency for ITMS products and solutions. The role requires ensuring timely production, high-quality standards, cost optimization, and smooth coordination with CTO Team engineering, project, CSD and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Factory Operations Management
- Oversee end-to-end factory operations, including manufacturing, assembly, testing, and dispatch of ITMS equipment and systems.
- Ensure effective utilization of resources, machinery, and manpower.
- Implement operational processes to achieve production targets and delivery schedules.
- Production Planning & Execution
- Develop and monitor production plans and schedules in alignment with project requirements.
- Ensure timely manufacturing and assembly of ITMS hardware such as monitoring systems, enforcement systems, and related components.




- Coordinate with procurement and engineering teams for material availability and technical specifications.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Establish as per QA guidelines and maintain strict quality control processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor product quality through testing, inspection, and process improvement initiatives.
- Supply Chain & Inventory Management
- Manage inventory levels, material planning, and warehouse operations.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for timely sourcing of components and materials.
- Ensure proper stock control, material handling, and cost optimization.
- Process Improvement & Cost Optimization
- Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, productivity, and cost control.
- Implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Reduce operational waste and improve turnaround time.
