Description
This MS Specialist in Core Operations is responsible for Level 2 Fault Management, ensuring the stability and performance of critical network services. The role involves proactive monitoring and swift resolution of faults within the Packet Switched (PS) Core domain. Expertise in PS Core technologies, including Huawei and ZTE vendor equipment, is essential for this position. This is a 24x7 operational role, requiring continuous support to maintain high network availability.

Responsibilities
- Serve as an MS Specialist in Core Operations.
- Responsible for Level 2 Fault Management.
- Ensure the stability of critical network services.
- Ensure the performance of critical network services.
- Conduct proactive monitoring within the Packet Switched (PS) Core domain.
- Perform swift resolution of faults within the PS Core domain.
- Possess essential expertise in PS Core technologies, including Huawei and ZTE vendor equipment.
- Provide 24x7 operational support to maintain high network availability.

Qualifications
Must-Have Skills




- B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech with 6-8 years of experience in core network operations.
- Level 2 Fault Management: Direct responsibility for diagnosing and resolving complex network issues.
- Proactive Monitoring (PS Core): Ability to actively observe and identify potential problems within the Packet Switched Core domain.
- Swift Fault Resolution (PS Core): Capability to quickly address and resolve faults to minimize service disruption.
- General PS Core Technologies Expertise: Essential foundational knowledge of Packet Switched Core network architectures and protocols.
- 24x7 Operational Support Capability: Willingness and ability to provide continuous support to maintain network availability.

Nice-to-Have Skills
- Expertise in Huawei PS Core Equipment: Specific knowledge and experience with Huawei's PS Core vendor technologies.
