To provide expert mental health care to patients with psychiatric disorders across all age groups. ? To diagnose, treat and manage mental illnesses through pharmacological, psychotherapeutic and rehabilitative interventions. ? Provide both IP/OP care including acute crisis management and long term mental health care ? Develop and implement personalised care plans that may include medication management, psychotherapy and lifestyle modifications ? Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychologists, social workers, and nurses to deliver holistic mental health care. ? Manage psychiatric emergencies including acute psychosis, suicidal tendencies and aggression. ? Provide counselling to families to help them understand and support the patient's mental health journey.
