Job Responsibilities
- Own and drive production incident management, including triage, restoration, communications, escalation, and post-incident actions.
- Lead problem management to identify root cause, implement corrective actions, and reduce recurrence through durable remediation.
- Execute and govern change management activities, ensuring changes are assessed for risk, validated, documented, and aligned to resiliency/security expectations.
- Manage service delivery responsibilities including lifecycle management, service evolution, and operational readiness for recent capabilities.
- Serve as the primary customer interface for day-to-day operational issues, queries, and status updates.




- Define, maintain, and improve MIS/operational reporting requirements to support process health, capacity planning, and service performance.
- Utilize enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate monitoring, capacity analysis, and documentation, validating outputs and handling data per sensitivity/security requirements.
- Apply reuse-first and automation/AI-assisted approaches to identify recurring risks and improve remediation workflows and provide technical leadership as a team lead and/or SME; coach and mentor less experienced engineers.
- Contribute to functional goals, priorities, and service objectives aligned to overall GT strategy.
- Create and maintain high-quality runbooks, procedures, and operational documentation; independently apply critical thinking and sound judgment and advocate for customers during infrastructure- or business-critical events, ensuring timely decision-making
