Working closely with marketing, content, data, and technical teams, you will bridge strategy and execution to maximize campaign performance. You will contribute to building scalable paid media processes while improving customer acquisition and engagement across multiple channels. Accountabilities
- Develop, manage,



and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple markets, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer experience strategies.
- Translate customer journeys into media strategies, campaign structures, KPIs, and actionable implementation plans.
- Define campaign scopes, implementation phases, and sprint-based activities in collaboration with agile teams.
- Work closely with Campaign Architects, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, regional teams, and other stakeholders to design effective paid media flows.
- Build and improve advertising campaigns across platforms while identifying opportunities to optimize targeting, audience segmentation, creative performance, and channel effectiveness.
- Manage technical campaign requirements, including pixels, tags, product feeds, tracking setups, UTMs, and website integrations.
