Accountabilities:




- Plan and execute comprehensive testing activities across customer journeys and supporting systems, including exploratory, regression, functional, and risk-based testing.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to define quality strategies, acceptance criteria, and potential risks early in the delivery lifecycle.
- Validate end-to-end integrations across web applications, APIs, backend services, payment systems, fulfillment processes, and customer data flows.
- Utilize existing automation frameworks and quality signals to support release readiness while identifying opportunities to enhance automation coverage and testing efficiency.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects with clear reproduction steps, partnering closely with engineering teams to investigate and resolve issues.
